As vice president of customer support, Dennis Cameron is responsible for helping customers maximise the value of Kronos workforce management solutions by delivering the experience they expect. He is responsible for helping Kronos’ 30,000 customers around the globe protect their Kronos investment and improve business performance with comprehensive technical and customer support services. Under his direction, Kronos has been recognised for providing an award-winning customer support experience with a focus on proactively anticipating the needs of customers around the world.
Cameron joined Kronos nearly 20 years ago after holding several engineering and management roles at a variety of New England-based technology companies. His joined Kronos as a customer support technician and has since worked his way up through the ranks into a variety of management roles.
Cameron earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University.
